In 1966, Arlin Parker started a line striping business with not much more than a Kelly Creswell Model-C line painting machine and a strong work ethic. For years, he applied that hard work to every project he took on, striping parking lots for local businesses and universities across upstate New York.

Christian Parker takes over the company with the vision of expanding it regionally.

Christian Parker officially incorporates Parker Line Striping, Inc. At this time, he began to grow the company’s operations to be able to streamline and scale his high-quality standard for work regionally.

Parker Line Striping forms partnerships with some of America’s largest companies in Eastern US. Expands service locations.

By 2014, Parker Line Striping has built close partnerships with many of the nation’s leading retailers, restaurants, and property managers. These partners asked the company to expand its scope of services and breadth of serviceable area. In response, Christian Parker formed a new division, National Pavement, to meet this growing demand.

Today, National Pavement is one of the most well known and respected parking lot services companies in the country. We serve the largest national retailers, property managers, and chains with the same personalized, home-town service we have built our business on for over half a century!
